Agreements
Astra has reached an agreement with Vivus Inc., California, USA, concerning a novel therapy for erectile dysfunction. The agreement gives Astra exclusive marketing and distribution rights in Europe, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand. An application for registration will be filed in Europe in 1996.
Stock Market Listing in the U.S.
Both classes of Astra shares, A and B, were listed on the New York Stock Exchange on May 23, 1996. Astra shares are thereby listed on the Stockholm, London and New York stock exchanges.
