Norman- The purchase price I referred to was ACX's price. I believe that the highest recent trade was 2 13/16. Q1 last year showed $.01 per share, and I'm looking for $.02 for each of the next 3 quarters and growing from there. I'm hoping and expecting that the new ventures will prove helpful. I wouldn't be paying $3 for this one, so I don't expect others to do so anytime soon. Hope you're right, though. Steve
