Tom, Re -- I work at Bay and respect House and what he has done in the last 18 months tremendously... Actually given where Bay was 18 months ago, I agree. It was too little too late. There was always something wrong with Bay, maybe they should not have moved to the NYSE. Ever since then, they couldn't get anything straight. However even this take over agreement with NT seems to be done in an arbitrary fashion, with no collars and without considering the possibilities of the market not buying the NT/Bay story. Once again proving the theory, that this company is somehow jinxed. I just hope it doesn't carry over to NT. Maybe Bay should really change its name to NT and not be a subsidiary.!! Stockman
