I am very glad to hear from both of you.Jay and Bob C.

I agree with you concern stock movement.Shakeouts are good this
is a game of the strongest survive.

As I said somewhere before, When you by a stock and give the stock exchange your money you only RENT the stock until you sell it back
to the exchange.I have MNTG rented as several different prices.

I am proud to say I've made money here and I feel the long term
up trend is still valid.However we are in a short term down trend.
Do to adding two new business units that will have to prove there
worth.The main business unit the resort is rock solid.

The economy is excellent for MNTG Interest rates are at an all
time low,Gas prices broke $12.00 barrel are at there
lowest level since the mid 1980's..........NO ASIA!!.......
GOOD OLD U.S.A.,personel income is up,full employment,no inflation.

This stock does it's best showing in Oct\Nov period after the summer is over.You have to give MNTG somewhere between 120 to 150 more days.
When they announced the annual meeting date the stock took off.

What if the new business units boom instead of bust? Our holdings
will soar.

As I see it the current stock price is reflective of the uncertenity
of the new business units.Bob C is going to Las Vegas and will post a report on what he sees both inside and out side the hotel.

As the big cap stocks fade away keep this number in mind on todays
trading 6/15/98,MNTG 13,400 shares traded out of 21,000,000 shares.
BORING,BORING,BORING.
