Tom and MC,

Thanks you for the information about the new estimates. The problem is that I really cannot believe in these numbers. we had a 4 cents loss last quarter and a further loss is announced for the coming quarter. If the target of 30 cents for the year should be achieved then earnings of around 20 cents for the two last quarters of the year should be achieved and this at the same moment when there are shrinking revenues for the brown and crisp product. I hope that the 30 cents will be achieved, but I fear that again this represents an estimate which will be missed. I would feel better with an more conservative estimate with an positive earnings surprise than again missing it.
Nevertheless, the stock is very undervalued, if there are no substantial problems which we don't know.

I was thinking about the recent press release, and I was asking myself why did they release it when they expect positive earnings in the second half of the year. There was no annoucement just before the recent quarters where they had losses. Maybe it was just an attempt for a better information policy of the company and to avoid further discrepancy between expectations and facts. I interpret it in this way.
In the recent weeks I had to remind myself that I bought this company as a long term investment.

Ralph
