- Two things: #1 - I agree that the low volume is a danger for the shorts should any positive news come out, i.e., fda plant approval #2 - I visited the plants in Lakewood, NJ last night, at 10 pm. I'm glad to report the parking lots were about 1/3 full each - with cars scattered on the perimeters - indicating that during the day the lots were completely full. - I use to work at a del monte plant. The lot would be more full during the day when the admin & accounting people are there. - Anyway, unless Vivus is paying people to show up & hang out, then they are producing & shipping. And what Nina has been saying is true.
