Emerging Companies charges $8500 for companies to appear on their show and tout their stock. In the case of RDOX this was an absurd course of action since their last SEC filing showed they had $165.00 in the bank. But I guess the insiders that sold nearly 2,000,000 shares of RDOX thought the $8500 was a good investment for THEM.
