If this is not BB bullshit I don't know what is. What does Midland expect to gain from all this? They sue DF get a settlement for $700,000 try collecting on it from his personal assets, FAT CHANCE! Meanwhile we have lost John Sprigs, DF-144 and Exxon. I guess its back to casinos or bearings. It all seems like bad Start Trek episode and we are all cuaght in a temporal anomoly. (The deal happened, no it didn't, there was a split no there was not.) Call me a naysayer but this is how I see it. Hope I am wrong. In at $27 and hating it. JF
