Gull, you have presented your distorted view and your employer has maintained the status quo in South Africa. The argument used with the RSA government is the same "old" what's good for DB is good for SA. Its worked for generations, so its not surprising its worked again. And admittedly, it has some merit (what's a diamond really worth ?).

But, now its on to North America. Different governments, different rules (did someone say Anti...).
