Since this was a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICVI, what happened to it? Does MTEI still own it or was it spun off; to whom; for how much? See #reply-4851370 C-Concepts recently changed its name to Convenience Concepts, and was sold to Market Formulation and Research Group (MFRC), which appears to be a California company. Since this happened before the MTEI/ICVI reverse merger was complete, I assume the money went to ICVI. As you know, the CEO of ICVI was John Christensen; he seems still to be CEO of Convenience Concepts. See also the CC website: cvconcept.com
