Dear Bruce: We worked late into the night and all the documents are in final draft stage and at the applicable parties' offices.We just got in.The parties will do one more review,make comments (lawyers always make comments) and submit their comments to be incorporated into the master copy.The master will be faxed to all the applicable parties for signature. I've asked the applicable lawyers if they can do a deal without going into the night(sarcastic remark).These things do take time,but the lawyers have to get their fees.I will keep you posted.
