No, this helps CheckFree. JITS is helping billers design and manage bills, CF is the distribution network. At least this is how I understand it. Pete said he wasn't interested in writing HTML bills, the billers/JITS are more than capable of doing this themselves. CF just wants to be the distribution network, and the pay end of the equation.
