Correct sandstuff. In a conversation last night with Mr. Uselton, he confirmed that Mr. Christiansen is no longer President of MTEI as of 5/28/98. #reply-4863050 MTEI currently has 3 board members, Mr. Uselton, Mr. Overstreet, and Mr. Moore and would like to get 5 total. He also stated that he only received official paperwork from the SEC on the name and cusip change yesterday. Tod
