You'll probably disagree, but I find the statement you quote ambiguous. I don't dispute that Christensen isn't part of management; I'm asking whether he sits on the board. Normally a person holding as much stock as he must do would be a board member. It may be, of course, that because this was a reverse merger, he does not. I'd just like a clear yes or no to the question.
