Jens: All the foreign markets are crazy. I'm into a small issue of OPM. It is to pay 78% and is on time ( I missed the 158 % issue by two days) Tatneft TATN I got quite awhile ago for .30 Latest is 56. But the whole market could collapse any time. Definitely not for the timid. al
