SS:
I have been purposely quiet regarding AVRI as we have been working very hard on structuring a very incredible new deal for the company. This I can say, AVRI is getting a NYSE member firm very interested in the secondary offering.
Why is this significant? Well, for many reasons. One, (the most important) is that AVRI will raise between 25-30 million dollars for their roll-up stratagy in the transcription sector. Two, AVRI will have in one fell swoop, institutional sponsorship and research coverage from a MAJOR NYSE member firm. Three, AVRI will be listed on a major exchange. Understand that a NYSE member firm NEVER does a secondary for otc bb stocks. They were very hesitant at first but my relationship with this firm is very strong and they agreed to at least listen to the CEO of AVRI explain the business plan. I knew that given the chance for an audiance that the business plan of AVRI would show through, and it did. The CEO did a wonderful job in explaining what he was trying to accomplish and these guys are very, very sharp. How many times does a otc bb stock go from obscurity to major sponsorship in 1 year? The deal is still not set in stone but so far things look very good, and I am highly confident that things are on track. I apologize for being so quiet but now you can see why!!!!!!
