Any comments about the wisdom/prospects/dangers/hopes of BEST BUYS long-term credit plans...i.e., the no payments, no interest for one year?!...

It's very attractive from a consumer's standpoint, but I'm wondering about long range default on the credit... especially if by the time th first payment is due, the piece of equipment you are paying for is obsolete and needs to be replaced!!!....we are talking computers and peripherals...

And just how pertinent are the sales figures if the fund generated are not collected in the fiscal year? Will there be a major discrepancy between sales and profits---and consequent jolts to the price of the stock?

I suppose one could just look at this stock as a cyclic retailer and play the short-term bumps and grinds.

All thoughts are appreciated...
