Sandie, I am hearing that in addition to the deal, there may be news about an acquisition as well before too long. It could come before or after the deal is announced or not at all.

I can envision some selling on the acquisition news (if the news does indeed materialize and if it comes before the TX news) by those who are wating for the TX news. It is my opinion that there will be little initial selling on the TX news, only buying, assuming the stock price does not run too high on anticipation of the news. In any case, I think we see a minimum of 5 on the news, which is a very substantial gain from current levels. There will most likely be a selloff as people take their profits after the TX announcement, but I would expect buying to come in around 5.

As for 20, it is certainly possible within a year or more, depending on a number of factors. It is my guess that the TX deal will lead to other deals for RNTK for other aspects of their GTL. If it turns out that the SLHO technology is not all it's thought to be, the sky is the limit. But of course it will take a long time for all this to be clear.

One rule of thumb that I use is that these wonderful price increases we dream about always take longer to materialize than we expect.

JMHO.
