To all
When over to Zitel yesterday and try to see the CFO but was in a meeting but talk to
the secertray ( bad spell ). She said that ZITL
split was the 18th of the month and the payment date of new shares is the 27th and
show me a news release that said the same. Thay share the same buliding with
MatriDigm ( Can't spell ). parking lot is only 40% full also, Which means that a lot of
wasted space for a buliding that cost about .64 cents a square foot ( I do know the
leasing rates of this complex, triple net too )the buliding is about 10,000 sq.ft.
Aslo somebody at this company has a NICE old Bentley for a car, parked
on the side by the door ( if that means anything ).
