Wishfull thinking... WORST Nightmare--- OK, I don't really get it. Is there any legal relationship with Arcon? What exactly does recession of reverse merger mean? What do you mean by purging the shell? Doesn't that mean its empty...like in worth nothing. If Arcon is out, are they free to go elsewhere? And, what do you mean negotiations for further acquisitions...I'm currently negotiating for someone to finance me with a billion dollars, no takers so far...what am I worth? Best Wish--- Here is my wish.... MIDL is opening up bids for a company to finance the construction of plants. The financier gets to be acquired. We still have Arcon who comes right back in (real soon) after litigation is worked out? Are either of these close?
