I was suspended because I accused Byron of hyping DGIV on one particular day based on no news, asked him to account for his hype, got no answer.

There was a huge outcry from his supporters.

But I understood, when I was banned, that fairness or justice are not the deciding mechanisms for being suspended, but mostly how loud someone whines. Someone whined about me, I was not asked by SI to explain my actions, so there was no due process, I was just gone.

Now he's being reinstated because he is so popular, basically.

If this is how discipline is administered, whew, SI administrators are going to be a shuttlecock batted over the "net" of popular opinion!

Now we can resume listening to Byron whine about mm's and all the bad people out to destroy his fortune.

He should spend his energies advising DGIV management to follow through on their promises and report financials. That's why this stock is going down.
