I'm not selling any of my shares, but at the same time I'm not buying any more unless a deal is worked out with Spriggs and MIDL aquires DF-144 and Spriggs rejoins MIDL. I don't think I'll be completely satisfied with any other reverse merger if it doesn't have DF-144. There might be another good reverse merger but it'll never be the same. Kurt
