<Another story I saw this morning (I think in the WSJ) indicated that ASMLF is still trying to develop a production capable "step and scan" system. To me that indicates that SVGI is still in the running for any Fab lines being prepared for .25um and below production.> I was always curious about other companies "production tools" as they were all claiming to have step and scan yet not really selling any. Any idea how big SVGI's lead is? DAK
