DGIV management will report on their nasdaq filing (10sb) and their financials as soon as they can. I talked with the company yesterday and they said they are in close contact with their SEC lawyers and expect to be able to be able to update everyone very soon. DGIV has followed through on more of their promises than most BB stocks. Soon they will be a legitimate nasdaq company and the loyal investors that have stayed on board will be rewarded. DGIV is clearly undervalued when you consider the global network that they are building. After this morning DGIV will be my largest holding (in all of my accounts). I have a great deal of confidence in this company. Please re-read RICO's posting #13390. He summarized the situation well. Many investors have spread themselves too thin and taken profits way too early. IMHO, the big ride up is about ready to begin. Good Luck Investing Everyone.
