I very rarely post on this thread, but it looks like a good time to do some posting.
Call the United States Patent Office... or better yet you can do an online search if you know how to decipher the patent catagories and find out who has the rights to the DF 144.

I own MIDL shares and sure I am concerned, but I am not burning any bridges.

This DF 144 as it is now called is not really all that new of a technology, in fact a company called Houston Natural Gas played with a mixture very similar to this in the late 1970's/// HNG was bought out by ENE in the early 80's, how do I know this? well lets just say it dramatically cut my gas bills, in the 70's if you didnt mind carrying around a can of either to start the motor on hot days, or the funky smell that came from the tail pipe. It worked great.

I have no idea why ENE did not pursue this technology, but I do know similar stuff made of "enviromentally friendly" alcohol did work.

So maybe it would pay off to do a patent search instead of panicking and see who really has the rights to this... a patent lasts for 17 years and then becomes public domain.... how do I know? I have a few patents <g>
