Some information from Worldvision:

Just spoke with Daniel at Worldvision.
Apparently Templeton and JC are concerned about the fall of share price. Nobody is concerned about the company's future; everything is as before, only better.

Templeton intends to make a newsletter to send out to DGIV shareholders--presumably the list of shareholders who received the last newsletter. He is concerned about the holdup on the NASDAQ application, and will send out the letter after he has the lowdown from the attorney. There is no reason at all to conclude it is anything more than simple lawyerly processing. It was emphasized that all are very confident and optimistic.

Daniel believes the release will still come out this week. Templeton's letter should clear things up substanially.

About Liberty Capital:
He described the nature of the falling out with them.

About the NASDAQ listing:

I asked how long one could expect NASDAQ listing after the expected application. I was told that Jimmy's lawyer said 90 days is the minimum "when all the planets are aligned". The implication was that 90 days is the best of all possible circumstances; longer is likely. Daniel said--and I urge circumspection here--that Jimmy didn't want to wait that long, and that other options were being considered. Some will remember Templeton's suggestion--if I remember the Templeton conference chat correctly--of acquisition or merger or other options for faster listing... Daniel said he knew more than he could say. About this I think it would be better if we not build up our and others' expectations--witness the current needless fallout--but the prospect is exciting.

He said to expect the newsletter perhaps today or tomorrow.

Fellow investors, to our knowledge nothing has changed from before except for the better. Only a surfeit of transparent negative psychologizing on this thread. I was surprised that the Germany news was not taken as the strongest endorsement to date of our optimism.
