Dale,

The prototypes will be installed in the Fall of 98 and will ride for one and two years (non-hazardous & hazardous respectively.)

These are actual valves which are being manufactured in the same way as production valves will be manufactured. Results of the first year trial will determine if we will start manufacturing immediately. We expect no problems but want to be 100% sure.

Revenues should start from rail valves by late 1999 or early 2000. Prior to that, we may see revenues from other sources including adapted valves sold in other industries like petrochemical and pipeline.

Now that we have a working valve ready for production, we can adapt it to other industries and test it for a much shorter period. In other industries we are governed by more local regulations and standards. It's much more common to see valves tested and manufactured than in the rail industry, which hasn't seen this opportunity for decades.

Trust this clarifies your questions.
