One more time-company aquires NorthEastern Plastics for restricted shares, goes up to 80 cents a share. company aquires land, which is a positive asset, but a very small part of EDII, and the stock does a nosedive?????? AAH does this sound right? Let's put this in prospective, aquiring some royality producing land, which when put next to all the other assets of EDII don't even rate 10% of the company, does not equal a 20 cent a share stock drop. Lord help us if EDII aquires a 5% interest in a Raspa stand(for those who don't know, its a snowcone stand).
