According to the time and sales data for 6/16/98 it appears that much of the volume today is less than 1000 shares buy orders. About 1/2 of the volume reflects these small order buys. This would indicate the small investor is accumulating shares.

The OBV (On Balance Volume) is a -1,471,400 and rising. The 200 day MA is 8.692.

Watch rising volume to indicate future price moves.
