KMT: Agree with you formally we are holding a Trading Company issue IMO.

They have gained access to more ground than any firm I can find in Chile.
What they do with the holdings of that many claims leaves lot's to the
process of buy low and sell high. Would it not be best to take the intrest
of the Chile Miners side and help them go from pick and shouvle to large
processing of there minerals. I think it's just a arm of someone larger
who is fronting the expense in part. Man would I love to talk to one of
the familys that provided there claims to this locked up acquisition
deal. If the read on the news is fact and IMO it is there could be coverage
for the largest mine in the world down there and that is my guess. Should
the process bring on partners of service companies and prducers to the Gold
patch we could see contractions of many who would not follow the volume that
brings on the very fact that supports the growth.

With one day from the final stroke for Daytons Board we may have many
great roads ahead, deals on production, and some news on the proven part
that MDIN holds in the total sum of there contracted deals. Well here's
to one more day of waiting, and I'm just going to do that with a baited
fishing pole, time for rest IMO, see ya.

Regards,
Jim...
