You can't look at the absolute level of inventories - you have to look at them relative to sales because obviously, sales provide the outlet for inventories. Sales grew 27% in Q1 so the 30% rise in inventories is basically mirroring the growth in sales and indicates APCC's comfort with continued sales growth going forward. You can just measure the ratio of inventory to sales each quarter, recognizing that the ratio will probably be highest in the March and June quarters (weather) and somewhat lower in the other two quarters.
