Jet Credit Union is not a CKFR customer. CKFR does not usually pursue banks of that size.

<<About 300 of them pay bills online. >>

It costs CKFR more money to maintain a bank on the system than the revenue that 300 customers would generate. (300 custs. * $4/cust = $1,200/month, not big business.) CKFR's strategy for pursuing banks of this size is to go after the banks' data processor. Many banks of this size use a third party as their host computer system, companies like EDS, M&I, FiServ, AllTel, Summit and others. So CKFR talks to the processor about setting up a connection to CKFR and through that one connection gets the banks that want to offer bill pay. I don't know which processor Jet CU uses, but I don't think they are hooked up.
