Hi Dwight,

From here on, NT and Bay will trade in tandem, or close to the .6 exchange ratio.

Exactly. Here's a tougher one for you. What happens to the holders of the derivatives? I have some 1-99 35C placeholder LEAPs in BAY. I asked my broker and he checked with the firms derivative "expert" who told me that I owned 60 shares per contract instead of 100.

Great I said, but at what strike?

He called the "expert" again and he said "at the same strike".

So I own 35 strike calls in NT. FANTASTIC. I had an option 2-3 point out of the money change into one 20 points in the money. Oh, if only it were true. To top it off, NT doesn't have LEAPs or January 99 options.

So, if you, or anyone else knows what the heck is going on, please post.

I almost put off topic on top of this post as it is about some tech stock options.
