Additionally, the plant is under way (although set back) and most of the business connections (Exxon, Coastal, Lukoil) are still fresh and I'd assume stable if Midland can get back the patent rights fairly quickly. It would seem that that is a close as a good news component as we'll get today. (The other news being that the MIDLP conversion is set for the May 29 date). The real good news, I guess, is that the stock isn't tanking. This is not just Gary's sheep holding, it's the real world buying back in at lower costs... ... and with the assumption that MIDL will get DF-144? JH
