Really, I don't see the 200MB HiFD as a threat. It looks like a standard floppy, but isn't a standard floppy. I think Sony/Fuji are in the same product line as Iomega for that matter. People will have to go out and buy a special drive for their PC to read the photos into it. Even if you didn't need a special drive in your PC I doubt consumers would be interested in the comparatively low write times to the diskette. There is no way that the write times will even come close to solid state flash memory. That's okay if you only take panoramic pictures or pictures of houses, but most people use cameras for much more than that. Low battery drain - forget it. It will be a gas guzzler. There has to be a weak link. Sony has some great engineers, but they cannot defy physics.
