Dave, my thinking is that Spriggs was CEO when Midland rescinded Arcon
agreement. If he later benefits financially by assigning the DF-144 rights elsewhere, then we shareholders have a complaint. Midland
didn't have to rescind the merger; it was just more convenient
for actions which will be taken. Both Spriggs and the Midland board
would be lawsuit targets IMO if Midlands loses DF-144.

We're all hurting here and need to explore all alternatives. MIDL has no assets. All we have left is speculation.
