Shalom has been seduced by the dark side of the force (irrationality) and his babblings are clouding cyberspce. Interesting that most of these Jesus freaks are quick to use the inventions of the Men of the Mind, but are first in line to denounce rationality and the fountainhead of reason: Man not god, his invention. As to race relations, not too long ago I had a white "Christian" male almost physically attack me because my wife is a black woman. Not surprising, however, when you consider that just a few generations ago bible-thumping Southerners were using the "holy scriptures" to support their immoral views on slavery. It's all there in Leviticus. Even Christ talks favorably about slaves -- condoning it. So much for a redeemer! Father Terrence
