At first glance, $30 or lower looks pretty low. But then you look at the cash in the bank (not much), decreasing sales numbers, and relatively poor current accounts ratio (for a pharm co.), and it makes me shy of this company. Combined with management's apparent lack of aptitude, I don't think I would buy any stock in this company. Just my opinion, but I suspect there are lots of other solid investments out there in pharmaceutical/biotech (SEPR, AMGN, AGPH, IDPH, PNU, BGEN, BCHE, etc...)
