Tim A - Yes we had one as big so was the secondary banking crisis in england the seventies. But we recognized it, sorted it, cleaned it up and re-legislated to try to ensure that it didn't happen again. The companies that were bust ...went bust and were liquidated and there are more jobs today and most of those who lost thier jobs then have new jobs today and got on with their lives and got over it. Thats all the Japanese have to do nothing fancy just clean it up but do it now and if they need help go get Price Waterhouse and Morgan Stanley and a few lawyers and they'll gladly do it for the Japanese.
