Dear Mr. Needler, out of 11 loans made buy Tandem Capital, 5 are in distress. Altris (ALTSE) Loan made last June when stock was at 6 and now trades at a buck. Plaintiffs attorneys suing the company are concerned that there will be no recover to any creditors. Compass Plastics (CPTI) Feb loan made when stock was at 6 3/4 now at new low of 2 3/4 Ergobuilt (ERGB soon to be ERBBE) loan made in Jan when stock was at 8 1/4 now at a buck 5/8. Digital Transmission (DTSX) loan made in September at 9 3/8, stock trades at 3. Universal Automotive loan (UVSL) made in July when stock was at 2 3/4 now at 1.00. TAVA Technologies (TAVA) soon to be the 6th disaster. Hope this addresses your questions. Mr. Pink
