Three questions all the analysts here seem to have missed:

1. Why was it slightly more effective in diabetics than non-diabetics?

2. How effective was placebo in the two groups? Or, did they perhaps have no placebo data because it wasn't a controlled experiment?

3. Endpoint for success was two rounds of intercourse. Wow! That's a new one. If the study ran six months, how many rounds of intercourse did these men report in the 6-month period preceding the study? Even if they reported zero, you need to consider the possibility that there was under-reporting in order to get into the study.
