I do understand customers' requirements since I'm one of them and no stranger to BORL products having used them on a few projects in the past. The observations I made are well supported but the key one insofar as investing is concerned is the limited profit potential of tools versus products with broader consumer and/or business appeal. You disagree on my view of their products and that's your prerogative, but you can't make a case for language products being a profit center along the lines of wordprocessors and spreadsheets -- among other areas of total failure for BORL.
