I just checked Federal Filings News & found 2 insider transactions
reported on 6/8/98. (I was out of town several days & missed these)

1. Randall Hawks, Director
BOT 5000 IDX @ 7.94 on 5/1/98
Total ownership: 5000
2. Walther Harrison, Director
SOLD 10,000 IDX @ 7 on 5/13/98 - 5/14/98
Total ownership: 249,353

Good news on Hawks. It's a fresh, new position.
Since Harrison only sold 3.9% of his holdings,
I don't see it as being bearish. -He probably just needed some $ to buy a new car, an art investment, etc. -whatever.
