Dear brees - I am not sure it is panic selling. 1st, let me take a step back, several of my good cyberfriends here on SI hold MIDLW [if they have not already liquidated;] in fact, I have considered entering into a posiiton at one point - so I have every wish for the holders to come out ahead. However, Midland has rescinded the reverse merger agreement with Acron, so the fundamental story of why the shares [MIDL, MIDLW and MIDLP] have been on a tear in the past several months must be reexamined. I am sorry you ve lost money [on paper] and indeed Midland may be on the mend, but I think people should know the full story - that Midland may have a chance to go back as a shell.

best, Bosco
