Albert: Extensive trials.... GTE comes to mind with ongoing trials of ADSL. We both are aware of the GTE like trials.... and i agree that the RBOCs and local providers like GTE will provide additional trials in the near future. I tend to believe that by the start of 3Q97 we will start to see deployment with GTE. FTTN will first come... that will allow VDSL services, then FTTC, then into the home... It should take at least 15-20 years.. until later..
