I'd suggest you not take up a career as an attorney.

There is nothing in the terms of use that says I can't post a negative opinion of a stock.

You might be on the edge of slander though, with your insistence that Mr. Pink is somehow a criminal.

The link I gave you is directly to SI Admin. SI Admin specifically states that being a naysayer is not a violation. I suggest you forward your complaints to him. Be careful that it is not you who is suspended for your completely unfounded accusations.
