Make sure everyone has there shares represented at the AGM, if you are not satisfied with the present situation and do not send them in to the present management, because that is a vote for the status quo. There is almost $220,000 worth of debenture coming due at the end of June/98. Any one of these people can place the company into bankruptcy, the Wintergarden project is almost or already dead, I can not understand why anybody would even consider voting for these guys, unless they were cut a side deal.
