Insider Buying - Institutional buying was from The Rockies Fund, Inc. They currently hold 23.6% of the shares outstanding from Feb 98 Schedule 13-D. "..the securities of the Issuer are substantially undervalued. The reporting person as a member of the Issuer's Board of Directors intends to develop a working relationship with management of the Issuer in an effort to maximize the value to stockholders of the Issuer's securities." "...giving effect to the exercise of the outstanding warrants to purchase an additional 137,000 shares of common stock." The additional 137K option represents another 12.3% of the shares outstanding. -pennycash
