Regarding this anti-takeover "poison pill" here are my 2 cents. I was holding CPU down from 18 to 7 when the compnay undertook the same mesures against possible hostile takeover. The same stock (after I doubled at 7) I sold later at 40 plus, it splits, I bought it again at 40 and sold it at 60 plus, bought it again at 45 and sold it at 54. Bought it again at 45 and still holding it. Ghassan.
