No Problem. Hopefully we'll all be sitting on a beach together someday chuckling about this. ;-) I've been very busy lately at work and haven't had time to do much more than follow the posts here and I think it has helped a lot to keep me distracted while we wait for this thing. I guess all we can do is wait. I agree with you about the management.. some of the past posts were talking about the facts that a) EC doesn't own any stock himself, and b) EC has another business that is his "baby" so DACQ is kinda a sideline thing. It looks like Alan Burton, from his comments in the 10Q was at least very concerned with the company and was spending lots of time dreaming about ways to make the company go, but now that it's just EC it's like the company is in a bit of stagnation except for the dim ray of hope that the financing represents. I'm concerned about what will happen after the end of the year if we don't get some news. Is there someone out there who feels comfortable enough with EC to call and talk to him? Would it even do any good?? -John
